Iin light of comic book/video game film adaptations being all the rage these days, it's really a wonder no one's thought to bring DarkStalkers to the screen (not counting that disastrous Saturday morning cartoon, of course). Hopefully, with the right creative minds in charge, the result of such a project would be a little more "The Monster Squad" and a little less "Van Helsing," yes?
So what we have here is a slight redesign for Morrigan (whose absence from a DarkStalkers movie would be a punchable offense); a little bit X-Men, and little bit Kitana from MK: The Movie, and you've got something still based on the game outfit, but a bit more "wearable," I suppose - more action-friendly.
Come to think of it, as far as costumes go, Felicia would likely be the most difficult to design. They'd have to develop something along the lines of Mystique's full-body makeup in the X-Men movies, I wager...
P.S. My DarkStalkers director wishlist: Francis Lawrence (Constantine, I Am Legend), Ryuhei Kitamura (Versus, Azumi), Guillermo del Toro (Hellboy, Pan's Labyrinth). Just sayin', is all.

Something like Mystique's full-body makeup, yeah.... I could see that, so long as the fur looks more natural, not in convenient chunks. Also, a really easy way to make Felicia work would be to give her something that looks like a Vegas showgirl. Done! Blam!
I don't feel that you incorporated the elements of her design into something that's attractive. Structurally, it makes more sense than her previous outfit, but Morrigan is entirely about being buxom and sexy and seductive. Here she looks angular, cold, and weird. The clothing doesn't accentuate, it distracts.
